Old Dog MFG LLC (“Old Dog MFG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) requires a telephone number when you submit a Request for Quote (“RFQ”). This policy explains how we use and protect telephone numbers collected through the RFQ process.

This policy applies specifically to telephone and text-message communications associated with an Old Dog MFG RFQ.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PHONE NUMBER

We collect your phone number so that we can communicate with you when necessary to evaluate, process, quote, and support your RFQ.

RFQ-related communications may include:

• Questions about your request, drawings, specifications, or requirements
• Requests for additional information or clarification
• Scheduling or coordinating a working session
• Quote availability and quote updates
• RFQ status updates
• Other communications reasonably necessary to process and support your RFQ

YOUR CONSENT

Before submitting an RFQ, you are required to acknowledge that Old Dog MFG may call or text the telephone number you provide regarding that RFQ.

This consent applies to communications related to the RFQ you submitted. Providing this consent does not authorize Old Dog MFG to use your telephone number for unrelated marketing or promotional communications.

NO SALE OF YOUR PHONE NUMBER

Old Dog MFG does not sell telephone numbers collected through our RFQ process.

We will not provide your telephone number to another business or third party for that party’s independent advertising or marketing purposes.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Old Dog MFG may use service providers to operate our RFQ and communications systems. These may include providers of cloud hosting, data storage, communications, customer relationship management, workflow automation, security, and similar business services.

These service providers may process your telephone number on our behalf when reasonably necessary to provide their services to Old Dog MFG.

Providing information to a service provider acting on our behalf is not a sale of your information and does not authorize that provider to use your telephone number for its own independent marketing purposes.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Submitting an RFQ does not enroll you in marketing or promotional telephone or text-message communications from Old Dog MFG.

We will not use the telephone number collected through your RFQ for unrelated telephone or text-message marketing without obtaining separate consent when required.

WITHDRAWING CONSENT

You may ask Old Dog MFG to stop contacting you by telephone or text message.

For text messages, you may reply STOP to an applicable Old Dog MFG text message to request that further text messages stop. You may also contact Old Dog MFG directly to request a change to your communication preferences.

We will honor applicable opt-out and consent-revocation requests in accordance with applicable law.

If you withdraw permission to communicate by telephone or text while your RFQ remains active, we may use another contact method you provided, such as email, when necessary to continue processing your request.

RECORDS OF CONSENT

Old Dog MFG may maintain a record of your RFQ communication consent, including the telephone number provided, the RFQ associated with the consent, the date and time of your submission, the consent language presented to you, and any subsequent request to withdraw consent.

We maintain these records as reasonably necessary to administer RFQs, document communication preferences, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

DISCLOSURE REQUIRED BY LAW

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Old Dog MFG, our customers, or others.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this RFQ Communication Privacy Policy as our RFQ communication practices or applicable requirements change. The “Last Updated” date above identifies the current version of this policy.

Changes to this policy will not retroactively expand the communication consent you provided when submitting an RFQ.
