SPECIALTY HARDWARE
+ FASTENERS

Build-to-print and application-driven hardware from prototype quantities through repeat production.

Specialty washers, custom fasteners, pins, precision stampings and the hardware that no longer has a catalog number. Bring a print, a sample, or the part you are trying to replace.

BUILT TO PRINT
Or to the application, when the print is gone.
PROTOTYPE → PROGRAMS
Low-tooling starts, scheduled repeat supply.

WHAT WE SUPPORT
CUSTOM WASHERSFlat, shoulder, insulating and application-specific annular parts.
CUSTOM FASTENERSScrews, bolts, nuts and studs built to print or to application.
PINS + RIVETSDowel, clevis, roll and shoulder pins; solid and semi-tubular rivets.
SPACERS + STANDOFFSRound, hex and threaded spacers in metal and engineering polymer.
SLEEVES / BUSHINGS / COLLARSBearing surfaces, liners and locating collars held to fit.
RETAINERS / RETAINING RINGSInternal, external and custom retaining hardware.
INSERTS / FERRULESThreaded inserts, press-in inserts and crimp ferrules.
OTHER PRECISION HARDWAREOne-off precision parts that do not fit a standard category.

No complete drawing? A sketch, a photograph or a physical sample is a legitimate starting point — the RFQ accepts all three. Replacing a part that is no longer made? See replacement parts.

MANUFACTURING METHODS

HOW THE PART
GETS MADE.

Grouped by how the material is worked. The same washer can come from three of these depending on quantity.

Method selection is driven by geometry, material, tolerance and quantity — not preference. Processes are available through qualified manufacturing partners and confirmed during RFQ review.

MATERIALS

METALLIC AND
NON-METALLIC.

Hardware materials are chosen for load, corrosion, insulation and wear — not just availability.

METALLIC
CARBON / ALLOY STEELSPRING STEELSTAINLESSALUMINUMBRASSBRONZECOPPERTITANIUMNICKEL / SPECIALTY ALLOYS
NON-METALLIC

Commonly supported materials include the groups above. If the application needs a specific hardness, temper, conductivity or chemical resistance, tell us the requirement rather than guessing at the grade.

PROTOTYPE → PRODUCTION

FOUR STAGES,
THREE PROCESS SHIFTS.

PROTOTYPE / DEVELOPMENT
Machining and laser cutting keep tooling out of the early quantities.
LOW / MEDIUM VOLUME
Flexible stamping and turned work as the design settles.
PRODUCTION
Progressive stamping, cold forming and thread rolling once volume supports it.
INVENTORY PROGRAMS
Dedicated tooling and scheduled releases for repeat demand.

Process choice changes with geometry and demand. Early parts usually come off low-tooling processes; as annual usage becomes predictable, the same part often moves to a dedicated die or a formed-and-rolled process at a lower piece price.

QUALITY + INSPECTION

CAN YOU MAKE
THIS PART?

Usually yes. Send it and we will tell you how.

Send a print, a part number, a photo, a sample or the part you are replacing. We will tell you whether it is machined, formed, stamped or sourced — and what it takes to repeat it.
